  • Send an SMS to 1100 with the code of the desired bundle (free of charge). Example: Send “V1” to 1100 to subscribe to “Voice 1” bundle etc.
  • Download touch self-care app and go to My Services, or log in to my touch.

  • To check your remaining minutes, send “C” to 1100 (free of charge).
  • Download touch self-care app and check the dashboard.

Switch Bundles

Switch Bundles

To switch between bundles, subscribe to the new bundle of your choice by SMS and it will be applied at the beginning of your billing cycle.

  • Bundled minutes are valid for all local calls (mobile & fixed), excluding shortcodes (charged separately).
  • Bundles auto-renew each billing cycle.
  • Unused minutes are not carried over.
  • Out-of-bundle minute rate: $0.06/min.
  • A $5 monthly fee applies to all MyPlan bundles.

Deactivate Bundles

Deactivate Bundles

Send “DV” to 1100. The bundle will be fully charged to your monthly bill and the deactivation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
